• How to catch yourself in the middle of a negative emotional spiral so you can purposely change your thoughts and feelings to produce an entirely different result 
  
• Deepening your sense of self-worth so you can improve your relationships with all those around you 
  
• Finding the things that bring you joy and fulfillment so you can prioritize them and reap the energy that comes from doing more of what you love
