I understand the calls will be recorded and uploaded to the program portal. I understand that I will have ongoing access to the program materials for the life of Solutions for Simplicity LLC. I understand that my name and likeness may be visible on the recordings, and that Dr. Amber Curtis retains the right to repurpose and redistribute the recordings to future program participants. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

I understand that everything provided is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Amber Curtis, Solutions for Simplicity LLC. I agree not to share any materials with anyone in any way.

I understand that there are NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES and I am solely responsible for my results. Results vary and depend on many factors, including participation and individual circumstances.

I understand that this is information and coaching—not therapy or medical care. Nothing discussed or provided is meant to substitute for licensed professional care.

I understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I understand that I am responsible for payment in full. If I chose the payment plan, I understand that those are monthly installments—not a month-to-month subscription—and that my original method of payment will be automatically charged the designated installment amount today and on this date for the next two consecutive months. Should my original method of payment fail, I agree to provide another form of payment within 48 hours.

I understand any bonuses I receive have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds/credits.

I understand that, should force majeur events outside Dr. Amber Curtis’s control arise, the program dates and method of delivery may need to shift accordingly—including the provision of previous program recordings in place of live instruction.
